I wrote in all caps as a kid because I wanted to be an architect. So of course I studied politics and veered into finance before finally taking a creative leap.

That’s led me from art director to designer to product lead over the past 10 years. What excites me is what comes next.

My strength lies in untangling problems, deciding on the path forward and solving something that makes the journey a littler easier for others along the way.

Sr. Product Designer | Cruise
2021-2023

Part of consumer ride-hail core experience team responsible for account, accessibility, and user feedback for autonomous robotaxi service. Launched extensive 0-1 features and upgrades for mobile, tablet and physical interactions including a wheelchair accessible vehicle prototype.

2019-2021

Lead designer on the Google Store core UX team. Led merger of Nest products and accounts into Google Home products to extend device families to grow hardware and services sales. Launched upgraded Nest Aware subscriptions, Preferred Care protection service and upgrade sale funnel from product pages to post-purchase follow up.

Design lead on Google Store team owning complete sales funnel for Google + Nest device and services. Helped to merge to loved brands into one including account transfers, combined apps and updated subscriptions.

Launched upgraded Nest Aware from single use camera subscriptions to all inclusive device service. Refined store experience, launched new features and led improved development and design QA.

 

Nest Aware Subscription Upgrades — Launched the expanded Nest Aware subscription for smart home devices. Reconfigured the offering from single camera add-on.

Google Cart & Checkout — Refinements to both key pages to add subscriptions, bundles, financing, extra coverage and fix usability issues.

Nest Account Transfers —  Migrated all existing Nest accounts to new or existing Google profiles to carry over all data and functionality.

Preferred Care —  Launched refreshed device protection with more coverage, more ways to pay and service management in account.
